Saturday morning. I have my amazing girlfriend’s kids staying for the weekend with me. We are all up and fresh, ready to start our full or fun weekend. So we decide to do it the right way, starting with the breakfast. What’s better than starting your day with a freshly made delicious and yummy creation?
I bought some fresh croissants the day before. I have had some Nutella chocolate in my cabinet to add some sweetness. I thought it would be nice to get some nutrients from the fruits I have had available so I added some bananas and strawberries on top. The girls were so inpatient to try that tasty creation so they didn’t let me take a good picture of our loaded croissants.
The croissants disappeared before I was able to catch a good shot. Well, at least I was able to take that one so I can share our beautiful morning creation we have had that Saturday for breakfast. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as we did! Here are the ingredients and step by step guide of how to make these delicious chocolate fruity loaded croissants.


- 2 plain croissants
- 2 strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp. Nutella
- 1. Cut the croissant on half and place in a toaster. Toast to preferred level.
- 2. Wash the strawberries and cut them in slices.
- 3. Peal the banana and cut on thin circles.
- 4. Spread some Nutella chocolate on the croissants.
- 5. Finish with the banana and strawberries on top.
- Don't forget to have fun during the process ! That will sprinkle some extra LOVE and sweetness on top!
